Hey Scholars, Its your friendly Neighborhood Biology Teacher. For this weeks post, I would like you to analyze one full meal you had this week. I would like you to categorize each part as a Carbohydrate, Lipid, Protein, or Starch. For the second part, I would like you to tell me which test we should run on each part of your meal to prove it falls in the right category.
