Week #2: Biomolecules
Hey Scholars,
Its your friendly Neighborhood Biology Teacher.
For this weeks post, I would like you to analyze one full meal you had this week. I would like you to categorize each part as a Carbohydrate, Lipid, Protein, or Starch.
For the second part, I would like you to tell me which test we should run on each part of your meal to prove it falls in the right category. (Hint: Benedict's, Buiret's, Iodine, Brown Paper Bag)

For breakfast on 9-7-11 I had eggs, sausage,toast,milk and peach yogurt.
Eggs-Proteins, can be tested with Buiret's
Sausage- Proteins, can be tested with Buiret's
Toast- Carbs. Can e tested with Iodine
Milk- Proteins, can be tested with Buiret's
Peach yogurt- Proteins, Can be tested with Buiret's
